I am thinking about Venezuela in May.
Is it still windy?
Is it enough wind for 9m Vegas?

as of Coche:
i asked Chris (Cochekitesports station) about kite for me ( i have 9M Evo and weight 50kg), Chris told me following:
"Ok your kite will be fine for the morning but the kite too big for the afternoon so you will need a 6 or 7mtr from now until the middle possible end of may!! Its a very windy year!!"
