i am going to Hawaii for kiting in mid August for 3 weeks.
Maui is clearly on the to-do list, but was wondering if there were any other places that were worthwhile. Ie. Oahu, etc. Also any good places to stay (am travelling alone and hostels are what i'm after)?

I live in maui, so if u need a plase to stay let me know. I have a small studio that i rent here and there. if its available u r more than welcome to crash there.
