Boracay V's Mui Ne

Anybody been to both places? Ive been to Boracay and trying to decide where to go next March, back to Bulabog beach or head to Mui Ne instead.....which would be better for a month on the beach? Also,any other good kite destinations in Philippines/Borneo/Indonesia???
