Tarifa this summer.

Postby andreym » Sat Jun 12, 2010 8:17 am

Hi, i'm going to Tarifa this summer to do IKO course. Didn't sort out accommodation yet.

Going 16-20th of July to 16th of August.

Anyone wants to teamup on booking hostels/looking for private accommodation?

Would prefer to save as much money as possible.

Unless you already speak Spanish try:
http://www.hispalense.com/
Spanish courses in the morning. And they
organise accomodation for you which can be
pretty cheap. I did it twice. The Spanish courses
were almost as much fun as the kiting.

If you are searching for apartments in Tarifa, you may have a look on: www.gotarifa.com. There you'll find any type of accomodation.

So, have fun in your instructors' course and send regards to Mariano!

Hi, it's me again.

Does anyone know how to get from Malaga Airport to Tarifa?
Is there a bus service? Anyone knows the timetable?

Also, looks like i might have to sleep on the camp site.
What's the name of the campsite in the forest on the way to Valdevaceros? Anyone knows availability and prices?

Andrey

Hey,

if you want to come to Tarifa for kitesurfing, the best way to get there from Malaga Airport is taking a rental car ( for example: www.centauro.net) or taking the bus:

http://www.ctsa-portillo.com/otros.html

http://www.tgcomes.es/red.htm

If you wanna stay on that campsite, just keep in mind, that you won't be close to the town and need anything to get there (car, bike, etc.).

If you have further questions concerning Tarifa's spots, kitesurfing, kiteschool, etc. just let me know:
maike@wavebandits.com

See you!
