looking for paradise in november...help!!!

hello everybody, i would like to find a paradise for 12 days kiting in november. I always have been in brazil or cape verde in this period. I would like to discorver a new palce.
Someone have been in rodriguez-mauritius, aruba, barbados, or madagascar in november?

I don't think these work in that time...Caribbean more like Jan to April. Mauritius June to Sept.
Look at Asia...Vietnam, Taiwan etc could be good. Could be too early for Capetown, but could be good too.
