Mui Ne accomodation question

Postby BrianMaiden » Sat Oct 23, 2010 12:04 pm

Hi i'm finding it difficult to find somewhere within our budget of $12-20 per room per night over christmas and new year. Whilst i appreciate this is high season and the busiest time, from what i've read from various reports i know there is a lot of decent accommodation at this price.

My question is whether it's better to just book up somewhere for 2 nights for when we arrive and find somewhere when we're there or should i book somewhere up before i go because choice is limited to the time of year?

Having not been there before i just don't want to book somewhere up without seeing any photos at least given the choice.

I have seen some places but some are almost impossible to contact, for example Vietnam-Austria House.

thanks

There are plenty of unadvertised non beach front rooms for $15,look around or ask local people when you get there.Bring your own gears, gears rental are expensive though.

Yea man no worries. Mellow is wicked and if not there a LOAD of places within a couple of km and all very cheap and within ur budget. u may have to bargain a bit and get a scooter if its extremely busy. but no worries u'll find somewhere.
