Hi All,
I am thinking about heading to Kauai in mid-March and wanted to know what I can expect in terms of wind. Maui is also an option (but less likely as my girlfriend is pretty excited about the hiking in Kauai.)
How is the wind around March (I'm a pretty decent kiter with 7,9,12, and 15 m kites)? Also, my girlfriend may finally give into my pleas to pick up kiting, are there any beginner friendly beaches there?
Thanks!

if you bring your 9 and 12 you should be good for most spots. You probably can fly your 15 a couple days but you can proabably go hike instead. There are no really good spots for learning. Its either gonna have big shorebreak or reef.
