I'm planning a 3 month trip somewhere (anywhere in the world) for a little kiting..

from april until june

Very much on a budget

Dont Mind flying quite far ( Im on my way to NZ for snowboarding season in june, so getting halfway there would be helpful)

Must be hot! its time to rid myself of the british winter wetuit!

It would be nice to hit the water almost everyday, so a consistent wind is important (obviously)

Tarifa? Dahkla, Morocco?
Bazil could be interesting...but would plan in shortly in advance...since if the rainy season stays short and dry, it can be amazing from April on...like it was in 2010!

It'll be cheap too... so long as you're prepared to live like a south asian. This means you need to be cool with no air conditioning, squatting over a hole, and eating primarily rice and very little meat.

If you try to live like a westerner in a place like Sri Lanka you'll find you end up spending more money than you would in some parts of England. The quality of life won't be as good either.

No i dont mind living like that, im quite used to it after spending 5 months in SE asia last year, although a toilet would be nice...
