Where are the best locations to go kitesurfing for 3 weeks in Europe for march-april 2011?
Where could I expect lots of windy days and etc?

Hi, I'm from germany. It's also really windy at the north-cost of germany. for example Sankt-Peter-Ording, there is a kiteevent every year where you can test a lot of new kitestuff and watch the pros. http://www.kitesurfworldcup.de/
