HI Guys,
I'm a beginner who will be travelling in August, will need a couple of hours tuition. Will probably hire equipment or buy it then.
I want consistent wind, good learning conditions. Good place to party, good places to meet people and girls etc?

Which would be better Brazil or Peru?

Hope someone can help.
