Hi guys!!

I will be going to Brazil this fall 7 weeks for kiting.
I have heard about a place called "the kite-village" in Guajiru, nearest town is Trari.
Is there any one who have been at the place? Do you know about any nice places to stay, between Combuco and Jeri?
Cheers,

M

Ilha do Guajiru
Prea
Jeri

They are all worth a visit ... Maybe for a night or just for a couple of hours.

Have a look at the pictures from our kitesafari then u will have an impression
What the coast offers.

I have visited surf-village in Guajiru last year September and enjoyed a lot. I think that it is a perfect place for beginners and even for advance kiters. There is plenty of space in the water and you can kite without any stress. You can find steady waves for beginners and advance surfers.

Here is a video where you can see the location.

September is the best time for kiting in surf village.

If you are visiting Guajiru, there are plenty of other things you can do. You can visit Jericoacoara National Park or go for horse riding or bird watching. Guajiri is an ecotourism paradise.

My Latest Travel Experience : I rent a condo from www.bluesunproperties.com and spent a nice holiday in Panama City. It was fun with great dining, shopping and sunbathing.

Guajiru is a nice spot to ride at...not much going on, next village is Fleixeras, little bit more going on, but in general quiet, relaxed holiday.
Also nice for downwinders down to Mundau and then back with buggy on the beach...nice!
Have a great trip, and find all location info here: http://locations.splocs.com/kitesurf/re ... ceara.html

Hi mate,

We had to have lunch there a few weeks ago. VERY expensive!!!
Prices are above good European restaurant prices.
I didn't see any other place to eat so that was our only choice. :(

We are driving there again in a few hours. Wind and kite conditions are top there.

Cheers
