Hi,
I'll be going to Russia for a few weeks in September, and was trying to find out about local kite spots, but the information online is spotty...
Anyone been kiting there? Where? Best time of year? Are there places to rent gear (as I don't fee llike carying all my gear with me...)

Russia is a pretty big country spanning 11 time zones. Are you going to Moscow or Vladivostok?
