Can anyone advise which areas have most consistent wind in mid February to mid-March, and good kite schools?
(I was going to try LaVentana, but travel time from Chicago looked grueling (9 hours just to get to LaPaz). Also, has anyone tried the catamaran kitesurf cruises in the BVIs and Grenadines?
I was looking at Turks & Caicos, Antigua , St. Croix or Barbados. (Aruba and Bonaire look too touristy.)
(I'm somewhat beyond beginner level)
All feedback is greatly appreciated.

Barbados is windier (trade winds) and has large surf. It's not beginner friendly. Turks and Caicos is less reliable wind (frontal winds) no waves. T & C is extremely beautiful like a paradise and long beach area is good for beginners. I had nice lessons from kiteprovo when I was a rank beginner
