Hi peoplez!

I’ll be traveling solo to Mui Ne in Vietnam to Kitesurf for a few days in November 2011. My flight lands Friday November 4th 2011 @ 17:00.

Anyone wants to share a private car or taxi from Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) international airport to Mui Ne?

I will also take a private transport from Mui Ne directly to SGN airport on Wednesday Nov 9th in the morning.

Any good value accommodation to recommend?

Pretty low odds that you'll find someone landing there exactly the same day as you on this site. However, keep an eye out for white people with kite gear at the airport arrrivals section.

I hired a private car on the way there last year: it cost about 100 dollars as I recall. Maybe a little less (70 dollars) I forget.

In any case, I took the bus on the way back which cost around 5-10 dollars. It was an all right experience. The thing is you have to take it from the city center so you'll need to get a taxi to the city first and then wait for the right bus to leave.

On the way back it was quite easy, just go to "Joes' Cafe" and wait for it.
