kitesurf in europe august 2016

Hi there!
I happen to have 2 weeks off from 2.-16 august, and would like to go kiting somewhere. I would prefer to stay in Europe, and am thinking about Paros, or Limnos, or Sicily.
Has anybody been to those places in early august, and which one would you say is the "less" crowded?
On the other hand I am on my own and would not want to be in a place too far from every restaurant etc. (limnos seems to look very quiet).

so it would be nice if any of you has suggestions and /or if somebody is also planning kitesurfing holidays at that time and want to join?
