I am in Melbourne now until Jan 16 (just arrived from yesterday after 3 weeks in Tasmania) and looking to kite while here. No wind at the moment in St. Kilda so will drive up to Torquay for a look this afternoon.

I'll be flying to Perth on Jan 16. I will rent a car while I'm there and would like to drive to Margaret River. Drop me a note if you have any tips or suggestions or would like to meet up.

I'll then fly to Brisbane on Jan 25 and then will drive down to Sydney from there until I fly home on Jan 6. Drop me a note if any tips or interested in joining.

I think you left a little early for torquay

Don't know if you've already left WA but I would suggest a trip up to Kalbari jus north of Perth - flat water inlet in the middle of a national park. Sick spot!
