A Feind of Mine is Building up a New kiteresort in the North of Sri Lanka!
The town/Spot is Valley kalpitiya and has exzellent windstatistics in Summer! Flatwater and small Waves and endless empty beaches!

The Guy is called Upul and is Really nice, he Features a Real authentic athmosphere! the cabanas are Directly on the Beach!
