I am a beginner kitesurfer looking to go on vacation for 10 days late June to early/mid July. What are some good locations to learn for beginners?

Ideally I would like to go somewhere in the carribean but am open to other places as well. I was thinking Aruba as I hear they have consistent wind, but after searching this site it looks like it is not a beginner friendly destination. Would anywhere else in the carribean be beginner friendly and have good wind in the time frame I am going?

My only criteria would be that the windsurfing locations be near some hotels.

The wind is great here in Progreso, Yucatan, Mexico at that time of year. Wind every day! Side on shore conditions and shallow warm water.
