So me and 2 possibly 3 mates are heading out to Brazil this Summer for a month kiting and a month backpacking for July/August. Booking flights next few days but will be arriving last few days of June and leaving Cumbuco end of July. Looking to stay somewhere cheap but would be cool to have our own house if we can find people to share with!

Houses seem to start at R$300/350 per night for the cheapest houses so give us a shout if you're interest. Could also then split buggy rentals to get to lagoons etc

Been offered an apartment for R$215 per night with 3 double bedrooms, kitchen, pool etc. Seems dirt cheap for Cumbuco if we fill it!...

Hi for a month you can find an apartment for less than 250 euro and a little villa for 300 euro circa.

that will be a lucky case!

few houses in the vila for that price, if you are lucky, but apartments? Rather in Icarai then Cumbuco!

Of course if you ask for a daily / weekly price it is a price, but if you ask for a monthly price it is another price...

Sure, and if you ask for a yearly price, the landlord actually gives you money to stay in his place.
Please stop posting your nonsense! You have no clue what you are talking about and no local knowledge at all.
The OP asked for prices in Cumbuco and not somewhere in the favelas next to a bridge or dump...
