Whats the best place to kitesurf in the Caribbean for April?

So Ill be in Antigua for a week or 2 starting this weekend then go to St Lucia for a week, I'm looking for a place after that.
I want to know where the most reliable wind and the nicest area to kitesurf would be after that for the start of April. I am looking for great scenery, white beaches, blue flat water. It looks like LIAT can fly to pretty much anywhere so I am open to wherever. I was looking at Union Island previously but it sounds like the wind is calming down there so maybe I should choose somewhere else.
Tips on accommodation on the recommended area is also welcome.
