You HAVE to try Cape Town SA.

In terms of having the greatest all round trip, nowhere in the world can top Cape Town.

First off you have the African sun, and wind so good that the Red Bull King of the Air is coming back to Cape Town for Jan 2014 http://capetown-watersports.com/red-bull-king-air-2014/
Then you have the fact that you have Two Oceans on one coastline, meaning the widest variety of kite spots for on city anywhere in the world.

There's Muizenberg with it's warm water and small waves, perfect for nailing those difficult tricks.
There's Langebaan, a flat lagoon with beautiful surrounds and always a bunch of friendly kiters.
There's Big Bay, the location for the King of the Air contests. Great wind and perfect kickers.
Finally, there's the famous Kite Beach, with crazy wind, awesome waves and a great setting for a downwinder.
There's a reason that most Manufacturers test their kites and boards in Cape Town!

All on top of that there's the rich culture, along with the fact that SA's currency is super weak. This means that your living expenses, accommodation and gear costs will be easy on your pocket.

Cape Town is renowned for its friendly locals, and has a large kiting community, so you will fit in and meet tons of new and interesting people!
