When you go any country or state for kite surfing or any other reason and want to travel local then choice local bus for your travel. Bus travel is more less budget then cab or taxi. You will see that country or city on a different angle.

So true, many people in Cumbuco take bus to Tabuba and downwind to Cauipe from there for just 2 real I think which is less than a dollar.
