Blouberg Cape Town
I and my wife going there in December. Any recommendation for hotel or place closer by beach and kite center that I can rent a board ?

Try http://www.capetownkiteclub.com for accommodation for kitesurfers (they also have a Facebook page). Upstairs they have premium/standard rooms and downstairs also a separate small annex that is a bit more hostel/backpacker like (the pro kiteboarders doing a whole season stay there).
