They are located in the Cocconut bay area.
When I stayed their with a kite buddie they had clean huts for rent right at the site.
They also had a meal package with the Reef restaurant which they also own. Food was very good and the prices where very reasonable for accomodation and meals.
I was there for a week in early January and rode 16 m + 12 m (never used my 10 m 72 kg). However another friend was their at the end of January and was on a 12 & 9 m.
I would suggest the 12 + 17 combo if you want to get out most days.

Positives

Inexpensive
Food was good
Riding was small chop, at the time I was there they were talking about small boat trips to flat water mangroves.
Resort owners and staff - Friendly and helpful

Negatives

Very Close to airport (but only a few planes a day)
There was a loud bar near the Huts at night (didn't bother me much)
You can't fly to far up wind as you will be in restricted air space but still a big area to ride in.

If you are on your own or with a kitebuddie then this place would suit your needs. If with your non-kiting spouse then I would check out Cocconut bay resort which is around the corner but much more expensive. I would also bring a mosquito bed net. Most places supply them but better to have an extra one just in case. Remember you are in the tropics.
thank you very much for such detailed answer!!!
