any ideas for July and/or August i´m looking for some nice waves like Bali and something with at least 16kt wind.

Oman - Masirah Island.
Flat Water several Wave Spots, all you are looking for.
July: Very strong winds. 30-45 knots are quite common. - Seriously!

Fuerteventura Canary Islands has good waves and winds during summer...waves in the north.
Dakhla Morocco on the ocean side as well.

just launched a new kitesurfing podcast "Here Be Dragons". Podcast will come out every second week and we will cover the more "unusual" kitesurfing spots.
First episode covers the Cocos-Keeling Islands , next episode will cover Masirah Island in Oman, coming out on the 23rd of April
I have been to Masirah myself and can only agree with Alex
