Few questions for those that have been to Cabo de la Vela
My brother and I are returning to Colombia again for four weeks in January and plan on a week to get PADI, a week in Medellin, and then a couple weeks unplanned/Kitesurfing and I hear Cabo de la Vela is the place to go. My brother has no experience kitesurfing and will be looking to take lessons and rent gear.
Does anyone have experience with the schools there? Prices?
Did I mis-read that there is no alcohol there?(I'm OK with no internet or power)
I will be bringing my own gear, two TTs and couple kites, has anyone else done this while staying in hostels around the country?
TIA,
Matt

Hi,
Check out kite addict colombia fb/webpage, there are prices and more or less everything you need to know. I rented gear from them and the deal was pretty ok. there is also more kite schools around.
You did, there is alcohol, no worries!:)
