this picture was recently taken in Tarifa, Spain on a Monday(!), wonder if anyone can beat that one.

That is crowded.
I thought 10 kites at my local spot was crowded.

crowded? where, I don't see the kites....too distracted by the honey in the green bikini bending over!!!

This is one way to keep people from going to Tarifa. It's like trying to surf Honolua Bay. You gonna fight for every crumb you can get.
BTW: How is the vibe in Tarifa? Is it territorial, or is it pretty easy to kite with the local? What about other crowded spots? Is it starting to get territorial?
