There is another solution:
Send the CIA & special Ops that are currently in irak to China and let them work to overturn the chinese communist party. If they are a bit lucky, China as a country should split in smaller region, each one with its own warlord/king/prince (what ever you want to call it).
The good thing is: each new region will polute less than the US so the US can be again number 1 worst contributor to global warming. It will then up to the US to lead the war against global warming. This should be in any case more usefull and less troublesome than the so called "war on terror".

Interesting, isn't it, that the environmentalists are quite frequently really cloaked communists, yet the country that has done the most to research and develop cleaner living has been the most capitalist pig of them all...It goes along with my thesis that the enviro-machine (not necessarily the tree-hugging pothead greenies) has more sinister motives -- They see the green movement as a tool to expand government control and kill off what they consider the scourge of the human race.
For those that think they must do everything they can to stop global warming you had better boycott everything made in China and stop going to Walmart.
You mean those easily manipulated fools who assume global warming is a net negative, devoid of any good? Those types who demand that mother nature be absolutely weather neutral, unevolving and absolutely static based on some randomly chosen measure of the perfect climate?
Why is it that the true enviromentalist believer is also a believer in evolution, yet they seem to insist that mother nature cannot change or evolve without our contribution?...To these nutjobs (they must be) naturally occuring climactic evolution is a present day impossibility.

"So-called war on terror"?...Umm, they would kill you if they had the chance, and the war is very very real...Go to NY City and look into the hole of where the WTC once was...What an ignorant statement.

Um, the war on terror is much broader and intensive than you know. We are working with many countries dealing with it, we have centralized the focus to the bug-zapper that is Iraq, we have killed 10s of thousands of al qaeda and other islamofascists, we haven't had an attack in the US, or any US interest, we have gathered massive amounts of intelligence on terrorists and their organizations, and we have uncovered the biggest scam in world history (the UN's "oil for food" scam with Iraq).
Bush, BTW, has an MBA from Harvard, flew jets and has successfully ran the USA for 7 years...He is anything but stupid, inarticulate perhaps. His grades were far better than Al Gore and John Kerry....The problem Bush has is that the neo-socialist Democrats control the media, and therefore they manufacture public perception with their propaganda -- this is the case for Iraq and the concocted charade of global warming.

Well, that settles it then. Maybe I need to disable my conspiracy filter and open my mind a little. If youtube has some nutjob installed video on their website, that is good enough for me.

American forces in Irak have killed 10s of thousands of women, children and innocent men. It was not their target, but they did it.
The civil war that followed the american occupation is causing thousands of deaths. This wasn't their target either, but they were criminally incompetent.
According to US government agencies, the invasion of Irak has been a total failure; terrorism is now much stronger than before.
Osama Bin Laden has won, unfortunately.
People like you are Osama's wet dream.

So the China is Number 1 now huh?
And the US is Number 2....
.......
......
...
..
But of course, we are likely to give less emphasis to the pollution we create, since it benefits you and I. But damn the chinese, we should be the only ones allowed to pollute, and if they weren't polluting we would be able to pollute some more. I mean, we've been doing it for over a hundred years and god nows how much green house gases we've produced. There isn't any space left for other nations right? Why should we have to cut back just because we already produced a shit load of pollution? And, plus we certainly don't want other nations to gain power. Damn it, so now that other people are polluting I can't drive my Hummer anymore. And we might have to make a more universal public transportation system. Sh** the bus is for losers.
Lolzers.
