this is a forum for discussions about kiteboarding, not a forum for lawsuits and courts.

you nailed it alright...
Lawsuits are about kitesurfing in the same way that Truffles are about Pigs out for a walk in the forest..
You must leash your pig, least he eat your truffles.
Hmm...truffles

I think we have all
really had enough of listening to it all. If you look in the first page of Flamers Paridise there is already 4 topics regarding REAL Kiteboarding and their lawsuits. Your's is now the 5th. I don't think such topics are beneficial, and I don't think Toby wants to be entailed in a lawsuit. As he is the owner and operator of this website, it is in his best interests to try and get along with everybody, and it is in our best interests as a community not to make his relationship difficult purely for our own 15 seconds of fame.
What becomes of the lawsuits is up to those involved, and bringing it up every month isn't going to change the outcome.
Regards,
.Joel

Decisions we make in life affect us. Some things are mistakes that we realize and we do our best to make them right. In that case, we should be forgiven and allowed to start again. I have never heard that Real has changed their tactic to rid itself of this criticism. As far as I know, they continue to use this method of dealing with competition. If that is true, everyone should know. There is no place in this world, especially our small community, for frivolous law suits. Tell me Real has withdrawn their suits and gone to another plan for dealing with competition and I will let it go. I will never buy from them again, and I retch each time my wife wears one of her Real tshirts, but I will publicly let it go.
