Kitty Hawk manned up and did the right thing. They did it with class and with humility...I spoke too soon...My bad, just so burned from ebay scammers I knee-jerk ripped into them and didn't give them a chance to make it right.
And yet you still have a thread out there titled "Kitty Hawk Kites Scammed me!" Very nice. I'm sure they appreciate the advertisement. How about changing the thread title. I would suggest "I'm a complete idiot - but you all knew that"

I saw the title and was surprised. I then saw the poster was Dullholland and it made immediate sense.
I would and will do business with Kitty Hawk Kites again.
Boy - I bet they hope not.

You should at bare minimum change the title of the thread as stated.
KHK never did anything wrong. They had a misprint.
Pathetic for you to do what you did.

I'm going to ask Toby to do it. Mulholland probably couldn't find his way back here with a guide dog and an IT specialist.

See you in Alaska, Jason. Hopefully you will have learned to read numbers instead of just looking at pictures
('An amazing deal on a brand new Thruster 16.0, 2007 model kite!' is a pretty clear description. As always, 'Ask The Seller' before you buy)

Even clearer was the picture. In the ebay game you can find 1000s of typos, but typically the picture speaks the 1,000 words. Logically, given the fact that the same company had 2007s (with 2007 pics) for sale, and then there was a clearly differentiated sale with a picture of a 2008 looking kite, one would assume an absolutely different kite...I don't care what the fine print said, it was irrelevant and inconsequential. The bold print and picture combined led clearly to the overwhelmingly conclusion that it was a 2008.

But your gripe is with me, not the topic of this thread, right?...You are just a run-of-the-mill hate-filled liberal and you hate me because I don't fit into your ideological mold...That really is all there is to it.
