Not to mention he snapped his leg in a bike accident a few years ago.

On a much happier note;
Obama now kites... He spent some time taking lessons during his visit to Mosikto/Necker in the BVI. Police and Secret service wouldn't let anybody close

Yeah, I live here in Virgin Gorda between Eustatia and North Sound. He was out. Nobody could get close enough to get a picture. Necker staff on extra strict social media lockdown since days before he arrived.
