Wow, I guess I'll be cutting 5 cm off my current bar.

I wonder if these short bars and quick kites, are the reason we have better "feel" for the kite through the bar. As opposed to the old way, slow kites and long bars.

My 9.3 Rhino is considered a quick kite by some. I find it enjoyable, with good "feel" through the bar. I never look at the kite. When I do catch a look by accident, I'm surprised to see how quick it's moving because I don't feel this in the bar.

Maybe Ken knows something we haven't figured out yet. If he wants you to use a 45cm bar with the Rhino 2, then do it. I use the exact bar length he personally used with the original Rhino, and they all flew perfect for me.

my point, since the bar size is more a question of shoulder size.
I used once a 50cm bar and after 15min I had sucj pain, I took my 60cm again.
So I fly every kite with one bar.

From the review on kite-surf.com they say all kites will be shipped with one bar size, but with inner hang points for smaller kites. Interesting logic.

> 45cm

Nice. Coming full circle. We're almost back where we used to be with handles in terms of size. Of course we ditched one and got depower and so on and so forth...
(sorry random thought)
