second kite beside freeair 8.9 for hard wind?

Hi!

I am looking for a kite besides my freeair for a little bit heavier wind. I am still a beginner, so i dont feel comfortable above 20 knots yet with my 4line 8.9 freeair. (my weight is 60 kg) any suggestions for a type/brand?
(I am especially interested in somewhat older kites as i can't really afford the newest ones)

I have found that some kites have huge wind range specified by the manufacturer. How is this possible and how do you know the right adjustment for the kite? (i once missadjusted my kite and got pulled into the air like crazy)
