Did you change your type of kite, from high AR or high performer to intermediate?

Everyone that as changed high AR last year kites to High AR 2004 kites have changed to lower AR.

Rhino 2004 Lower AR then Rhino2 2003
Takoon Skoop3 Lower AR then Takoon Skoop2
The X4 also looks lower AR then the X3
Everyone on Wipika are buying Matrix which is lower AR then the old AMP
Slingshot still with Low AR kites (too low in my opinion)

This is true - but it is only subtle differences in AR, not worth mentioning !

What this poll is about regarding lower AR, is when you change kite type f.ex from a Skoop to a Wook kite (which many pros prefer), or from an X3 to a V4 instead - or reverse.

It is not about small differences in AR or performance - but about deliberately changing from a higher AR kite to a lower AR type, or reverse (or keeping your kite style....)

Actually, I'm going even a different path than most I think

big kite High AR-
not too slow and still can get out of its own way

Mid size- lower AR

I ride only in surf, so this is what I am looking for
A pivot turning easy relauncher
durable-
does not need to be super fast flyer, but quick transitions

Still riding my 11.6 Skoop  - tough to give up
but need fresh fabric!

Not such a hard decision with my :shit: 11.9 AMP
I even took the Wipi stickers off the beach cruiser
After 4 years as a Wipi man
Hope everone else had better luck with them....
