Advice 4 smaller board

I was in the same place you are now when switching from a WT147 to a smaller wavetray. I was then considering the 142 or 137. Just remember, it's not the length that counts but also the width. The wavetray keeps its width also near the ends (it's not narrowing down much at the tips) which together with its rocker make it a fast board with sufficiant planning surface to keep you going like a longer 'traditional' t/t would do.

Really, you should try one and see!

As you are in Italy - rrd is bringing out a new series of 140 boards, width from 34 up to 44, in steps of 2 cm. Worth considering!!!

Yeah Roberto makes good boards. Lot of riders on airtixx around here.
Is this a new board with one length 140, and different widths from 34-44 then?
Any idea when it'll be out.

I use a underground lunchtray 141cm as my high wind board. It can hold a lot of power but really needs flat water. A very light board as well...

One lenght - width from 34 to 44 in steps of 2cm!

Definitly try as many boards as you can before buying anything. There are many diferent styles out there and until you find the magic board for you don't just go buy anything.

pitbull from Light Wave designs is a 148, thin and with lots of flex...i like it alot but have never tried a wave tray so cant compare.

Try as many as you can to find the best for you.
If you have the chance try an X-Shooter and compare others to it. You will notice the difference.
