As far as I know the Airblast will be the same in 2002. But I also heard that they will change the bar (they should!)

well, the airblast 2002 looks different, and from the voices i heard (didn't try it myself)
-flies like hell
-hard to relaunch

(if you fly well powered up, it would be just stupid to relaunch backwards - and the kite is damn hard to turn on his back...)

Hey

There will be a new kitebag, pump for the 2002 Airblast.
The first productions, that has left the factory so far, of the new 2002 Airblasts, was shipped with the 2001 kitebag, pump etc.
The design of the Airblast has been changed to be a bit faster, and is therfor also a bit more diffecult to handle.

The new control bars will be ready in a few weeks. (Carbon bars and Alu bars)

For the request for a more easy handeled kite, Wipika is offering the new Hydro, that has a lower AR, but still great preformence.

Best Regards
Peter
