Folks,
I'm planning a trip to Vietnam late Nov early Dec and was hoping to fit in a few kite sessions while there. Can anyone suggest some good kiting locations to check out while I'm there ? Also, does anyone know what the conditions will be like at that time of year - I'd like to take the right kites.

I'd kiteboard in Mui Ne near (Phan Thiet) Vietnam for 3 weeks.
Mui Ne is about 4 hours drive local speed (70 Kilometers ph) from Saigon main airport Tan son nhat.
The wind condition is very good in november and december time.
Wind speed range any where from 15-40 knots.
