Hydro design/construction flaw?

Anybody give coments on wether or not this damge is wear and tear or a design flaw. Both tips have pulled away from the LE on leaving a tear on the wing tips. It's identical on both sides:

how and when did this happen?

i've never seen any damage like that before ...

did you tie the kite or yourself to anything heavy?


if that happened under normal circumstances, take the kite back to the shop and get a new one.

I guess it happend gradually during use, I've only used it 5 maybe 6 times. I am very heavy though.

i've seen quite a lot hydros, but never anything like this damage.

take it back to your dealer and have it replaced.
