ok 30 meters will do it, go less and you get less, it is about "scope" capiesh?

30m or 27m will be good. It depends on your feeling

you can tune your kite with the lines.

try 60m and you'll push the low-end further, but your kite will move in slow motion.

with 20 or 17 meters, you'll get a fast kite, less hangtime and a bad low-end.
in good conditions, you may have more fun with 20m lines and a 15m kite.

depends on the kite.
