Anyone been there ? Any kitesurfing, wind in dec/ jan ? good beaches ?

I have been there windsurfing and it was killer. We were on 5.5m wave sails so around 14-18knots. The party sceene was radical....girls ripping clothes off etc. Go to Piratas on a Friday or Sat. The wind was a little side onshore with manageable surf/beachbreak. Great beaches and lottsa bi... woops anyway you know what I mean.
