If you want a kite for snowkiting :

Take a

- Libre BORA (Performance)
- JOJO-ET (Intermediate)
- Advance Offroad (Intermediate)
- PKD-Century (Intermediate)

But dont use an ARC, you will not have fun.

You said: "But dont use an ARC, you will not have fun."

This, in my opinion, is the most ridiculous statement I've ever heard! LOL

I use ARCs every time it snows and have a blast. The depower is great and without bridles, I'm up and kitesnowboarding faster than the guys on their Flexis, etc. Plus, they handle a lot better and allow me to use shorter lines over land which is nice for control and jumping. I would love to hear your basis for this statement. I have flown many foils and personally love the ARCs. Sure, not all people do, but to say you can't have fun with one? That's ridiculous. Most guys here buy them for land use after they've flown them. In fact, we almost have as many ARC users on the water as inflatables due to their user-friendliness and great performance!

Is there any difference between the 2000 ARC's and the current years?

i'm asking about the s-Arc's, not the F-arc's

Thanx

Yeah, the 2000 ARCs are not as good. 2001 was the first year Peter Lynn came out with a fine product. Even the 2001, though, has no internal webbing through the leading edge for strength. The 2002s have the first webbing for the S ARC through the leading edge to combat stretching and give it more stable flying characteristics. If you're looking to buy an ARC, I would get a 2001 or later-model. The pre-2001 would be worth only a handful of cash...but that's my opinion from flying them for a few years now.

For Price and simplicty the Ozone Little Devil is a great choice. The Quaility of the kite, bridle lines and flying lines is excellent and the price is very good.
The new Frenzy is comming soon I am told......

I have the prices for the Little Devil on My Site and will have the Frenzy as soon as it comes out.

I agree- get the psycho. It can be used on snow and water. Besides the winds can be gusty in the winter and there is no kite out there with the range of a psycho. Don't care, go Psycho. This post from an Unbiased user who pays full retail
