FL , Coche island averaged 20 to 25 knts almost every day this Feb, wind is constant off shore on flat water great for learning new tricks. accommodation at my guesthouse in town for periods over 2 weeks is cheap, contact me for price. while you're here visit los roques, I organise 3 day al inclusive trips, thanks
