good point!!!
maybe it is for the two hands?

IMO a good board doesn't need extra straps.
they just want to bring out something new.

well, still looking forward for the test reports

I am a stonker dealer, they told me that the two normal straps are for normal riding, and the other two, the second and fourth(at the back) are for wave riding. It probably does work, stonker boards are good.

Windtools, e-boards, and underground. Have only sold two stonker boards, that's it. The market hasn't taken off here yet.

Well, it looks like with the extra straps you would be better able to shift your weight back towards the end of the board depending on which way you were headed.
A bit of a crowded deck, but it does allow for maybe better weight shifting, pull your foot out of one strap and move it over to the next.
All sorts of new ideas out there, it's like watching evolution in progress, cool!

Hi,
I am a dealer, but I have not sold any, nor have any in stock. The market has not taken off here yet. But I recieve info constantly, they recently told me that the new 2002 kites are improved, less flaws, better bar and line system, and something about improvements with the battens.

here more info from Stonker:

The idea of the H2H deck layout

Firstly the H2H boards are all pure wakeboards - not "mutant" or semi directional. They therefore have a standard USA WAKEBOARD BINDING insert plug layout. [8" inch spacing"]

Secondly we wanted to be able to use foot straps in the central stance position so we introduced a second set of inserts to cater for foot straps - [6" inch spacing"]
Thirdly we wanted the option to be able to move the stance to the rear of the board - mainly in waves - so that the rider could have more of a "SURF" feeling. We have found that just moving your stance back 7 inches on the board (both feet move back 7 inches) you get much more back foot pressure and much more of a carving action that is similar to riding a surfboard............It is also just a hell of a lot of fun in the back straps rather than just the central stance all the time.

The cool thing is that we only had to add 2 insert plugs to the board to enable the "SURF STANCE".

The Stonker Camber tensioned foot strap pads are awesome in this application as they can be put on & off the board without the deck pad having to be stuck onto the board.
