Been years since I was in Tobago but we'll most likely be coming down the week before christmas. What are the conditions like at that time of year?

Does Pigeon point have board rentals? I assume its still a private beach.

We're supposed to be getting a condo near Grafton? Any other beaches that are kite friendly - will be renting a car so getting around shouldn't be a problem.
