what would you consider speed?
I've been getting consistant 22kts on GPS speedometer.
Anyway, I'm at least trying to go for speed. (and waves)

speed is if you enjoy going fast and don't care about any tricks.

Toby...great question but are these really all styles of riding? To me, style is how the rider tweaks out a move to add some flair. 3 guys can do the same trick, but all have different ways to tweak it out and have different styles. Just a thought...
I still think Lou is da man because he's been going huge but there's some awesome young talent coming up the ranks.
Personally, I like all different ways of riding and suck at each one.
I'm John Kerry and I approve this message.

Hmmmmm. 21% doing Big air AND waves. I suspect this is what people wish they did rather than actually did. I think very few people would actually get out in the surf and actually ride it.

i can do very good in the wave, but only when my left foot is in front, then it is like snowboarding. when my right foot is in front i have to ride switch, its ok, but i have more controlle when i am not switch.
waveriding comes from allone when you can controlle your bord in every situation. but i am sure that not 21% are able to do this.

I had to click other because while I like to try all of the above I don't really ride all properly, but I don't ride them all bad either. And they are not all that I ride, so 'other' seemed the most appropriate. I agree with Toyletbowl, there should be an option 'GreenPat'. I shall resubmit my vote for 'GreenPat' style and I should want to be the only one to do so. And an option 'Toyletbowl', 'Fokiten'.... the list goes on. They should only have one vote each eh? Maybe you could put them all in 'tapped in the head' style for those members of this community who think outside the square.
Hey there's an idea for a poll.
Do you condsider yourself:
1. Very, very cautious
2. A mature, responsible, sensible person
3. Slightly reckless on occasion
4. Significantly Excitable
5. Addictive/Obsessive/Compulsive Adrenalin Junkie
6. On a fast descent into utter insanity (get the straight jacket ready)

I'll tick 1,2,3, 4 and a little bit 5. Definitely not 6.

I could not tick anything, as I have no style, no attitude and don't really give a fuck what anyone else thinks.
If you had a "soul" box, I would have checked that...
I liked the adrenaline scale...
5 and the occasional 6 mixed in with a bit of Schitsophrenia - my boss is my brother in law - he knows me too well to need to pretend...
