Trans Sahara - yeah right

Postby Pete Hockney » Sun Oct 17, 2004 2:54 pm

Hopefully these two will make it through the desert alive. Anyone who has seen "prince" ferrero actually kite (and there arent many) will wonder and ask himself how he intends to even get past the first dunes.
And please, show some non-photoshopped images this time, ferrero!

Nah, I think Ferrero di Freak must sponsor Red-Bull....

"The international Jet-Set’s milliardar-playboy Prince Sergio Ferrero di Muresanu, escort of the major part of the Italian and hollywoodiano glamour stars of the 60s and 70s, famous and appreciated ‘naïf’ painter who exposed his works in prestigious galleries in New York, Rome, Geneva, Paris and Ibiza"

What a tool.

I don't get why Toby advertised it as Desert Kiteboarding, it is land boarding, they arn't doing it on snow or sand boards.

As per usual there are the talkers and the do`ers. Anybody with a tash as magnificent as that deserves respect. If only he did it in a pair of cheekless leather chaps he would be god.

lol :D :D :D

that would give the local Bedouin a treat...

he make look a c~unt, but facial hair prejudices aside, this old boy at 61years is mustard:-

"Sergio Ferrero, 8 times Quadriathlon-World champion (swim, kayak, bike + run) and World champion of Ultradistance Triathlon in 1995 (15times the Ironman-distance: 47km swim + 2700km bike + 633km run), had crossed in 1982 the Atlantic Ocean in 24 days by Windsurf (Guiness book of records), then the Mediterranean sea, the Channel of Formosa, the Channel of Oman, and this year (2003) he beat the world record of the Ultradistance Quadriathlon (45km swim + 180km kayak + 900km bike + 180km run in 5 and a half days) and the record of the crossing Balearic Islands – Spain by Kayak in 10h 12min. Many books written by and tell his totally unusual adventures in a magnificent way"

Respect...we're not worthy :prayer:

:D :D :D That web site is gold :thumb:

Sounds like the TranSahara is just the warm up...

"For the Prince it’ll be a physical and mental training for his future crossing of the Atlantic Ocean by kayak-kite
and a deeply meditation following Jesus Christ’s impressing example."
