I have a 140 spoiler with axis bindings, and love it. I feel more secure in bindings than footstaps but it's not for everyone. Perhaps try a 150 spoiler for your size, I am about 65kg. Bindings are good until something on the kite breaks, your offshore on a board that doesnt't float unable to get your feet out getting dragged underwater, so again think about it.
Twin tips are more less the same size with a bit more float, and problably will give you more enjoyment. One foot tricks, no footers, the way its heading at the moment. Wakeboards are like flared trousers where I live.
