Hi,

With a little work, windguru might have all the information and tools to get spot "history". Although the info is forecast, it is a very good image of what has been/will be in EACH spot (and in guru they are alot and you can add your own!). Maybe windfinder has very valuable info too.

Keep up the good work!

Alacati and Pirlanta are very near to eachother about 13-15 km.it is the sides of Cesme peninsula.Wind is a little gusty at Alacati and it is so small and only 25-30 cm deep where they allow kitesurfing but it is flat water and you need to try once. The other cost which is Pirlanta Beach is constant wind, where people who has knowladge of upwind climbing, rides. You can see pros riding. There is only one school with IKO standarts teaching with boat and radios. You have all the facilities, food, rescue, showers, bar, toilets, sundecks, pillows to lounge.
if you are practicing to go upwind we give down wind tour with a boat.
Just to give an info, best regards.Husnu BAYLAV.

local knowledge beats historical 'projected' forecasts (as they are not actual data but still forecasts).

I had a look but I just don't trust it. I used to use it all the time to drive 2 hours to the beach and it was wrong 50% of the time often seems to be around +/-4knt out. Which can be the difference between a ripping session and sitting on the beach for 4 hrs...

Also many spots don't have that much history and stop late last year so can't really be clear on it.

Local knowledge is best...

COME ON WHEN'S THE WINDY, SUNNY, WARM WATER SEASON FOR THIS LOT????

Ibiza-Spain
Argentina
Uruguay
Tunisia
malta
Hong Kong
Queensland - boxer Jellies?
Iceland
Biarritz-France
Holland - October?
Germany
LA-USA -
Jamaica - feb?

haha, sweden ..like this, when it's hot in summer there's no wind..
If you have sweden on the list..you should add Denmark, it's way better conditions there.
