Die gast van Jackfly is nen echte bandit.

The guy that runs that store is a real crook.
I heard many stories about his bad service.

He will try to sell you used shit for new.

I'm looking for other Belgians so we can combine our resourses to take this guy on.
He's been getting away with to much.

It is now time to act.
If you have been screwed by Jackfly in Brussels please leave a message in this forum and I will contact you.

What all brands does this character carry if you don't mind my asking? I'd like to help as much as I can. I don't agree with shady business practices AT ALL!

I got an email from Naish that says that he has a replacement kite, an Aero, to replace my delaminated ARX.

He sends me an old USED ARX instead....

I guess he's playing with me since I moved to Cabarete and can't go to Belgium just to settle this problem.

Anyway, a Belgian lawyer friend offered his time and said he will take this
Jackfly character to court for free.

I hope he can solve this.

well his website is an abortion at best. I cant for the life of me figuyre out his brands lines by visiting his site. I goto the SHOP link and everything I click on takes me back to same place.

You guys must buy local from him cuz I cant see doing anything via that website.

The Dutch Naish distributor, Kubus was verry profesional and solved the problem quickly.

It's Jackfly that kept the Aero and send an old used ARX.

here is the last email from them:

We have replaced a AR-X 7.5 for a Aero 8 on 19-8-2002
So I think you better contact Jackfly so solve this matter.

Rob.

Ik heb ook problemen bij Jackfly, ik heb een X2 besteld in Maart, een voorshot gegeven en ik wacht nog altijd....

I ordered a X2 kite in March, gave an advance and I'm still waiting. Going to court would cost me to much money.
