Kiting around San Jose, Ca/San Francisco

Hi' There,

I am going on some training with my company in San Jose the two last weeks af january. I was wondering if there was any kitespots nearby ??
And if you have a link or two it would be awesome !!

The last two weeks of Jan is pretty spotty at best in this area. Generally the season will start again around March. On the coast we have Waddell, Ocean beach, and Half Moon Bay. In the Bay we have 3rd Ave, Crissy, and Coyote Park on the peninsula and Berkeley, Alameda, and Point Isabel in the east bay. I'm sure I missed a few, but that's what I get without thinking too hard. In January your best bets are probably still frontal weather - and that tends to point us to Half Moon Bay. You can get site info for most of these sites at ikitesurf.com
